Los cuartos quedan a la calle, son muy ruidosos durante la noche, hay un bar frente ahí y hizo mucho ruido

Overall very good location, room is spacious and very new. Few minutes walk to the old town. There is a lot of dining options around the areas.

Great hotel and location

Modern, large, friendly hotel. Great location by the river and vibrant shopping and food mall. We had a very small issue with our room which was put right immediately, without fuss and with a full apology. You cannot ask more.

A solid hotel but it wasn’t able to impress. Mostly is due to the staff that are not very hospitable: it’s an issue with this hotel in particular but widespread in Poland.

Vi är ”vana” resenärer och brukar boka boende med tillgång till pool eller liknande. Vilket detta hotell hade, men! Den var inte igång för säsongen då den låg utomhus. Denna info hade hjälpt mig att välja annat boende med en faktisk pool om jag vetat om det!

Close to the old town, clean amenities, comfortable stay.

I ordered a deluxe room, with a view and kingsize bed, for a romantic long weekend. We got two single beds pushed together. After an awkward first night I complained about the situation. Was met with only moderate understanding. The best they could do was put the same beds together but with a double bed sheet. Not premium and not impressed! Everything else was wonderful.

The hotel feels brand new, very well maintained

Excellent location by the river in trendynPowisle neighborhood. Junior suite is a good choice. Roof top bar is fine too.

Good sized rooms, freat location, service staff was great

Location is very good and rooms are lovely. Good choice of food for breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel bar wasn't open, but you could get a drink in Champs Sports bar, which is the restarant attached to hotel.

Ich war erneut Gast im Hotel und trotz meiner Beschwerde und Hinweis vor 4 Tagen, haben wir wiederholt keine angekündigten VIP-Vorteile erhalten (Welcome Drink/Upgrade, etc.). Ein Missbrauch/Betrug des Angebots von Expedia, da man die Vorteile wissentlich nicht weitergibt. Wir werden darüber Expedia in Kenntnis setzen. Da wir beim letzten Mal auf unsere Rückmeldung seitens des Hoteldirektors eine schriftliche Antwort und Entschuldigung erhalten haben, finde ich es mehr als enttäuschend. Einen weiteren Besuch oder Weiterempfehlung kann ich in diesem Hotel daher ausschließen.

Ystäväpariskunnan matka,kolmen yön majoitus. Hotelli oli oikein hyvä,muuta moitittavaa emme keksineet kuin että allas ei ollutkaan käytössä ja aamupala oli todella kallis. Sijainti loistava,vieressä ruokahalli,kauppoja yms.

Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer war sehr in Ordnung. Jedoch möchten wir anmerken, dass die Freundlichkeit des Personals, egal ob an der Rezeption, Bar oder im Frühstücksrestaurant zu Wünschen übrig lässt. Die angekündigten VIP-Vorteile waren trotz sichtbare geringe Auslastung des Hotels nicht gewährt worden. Beim Check-Out darauf hingewiesen, wurde uns beim nächsten Besuch diese zugesagt. Da wir schon in einigen Tagen wieder kommen, sind wir jetzt schon gespannt drauf!!! Parkgarage notwendig, aber im Vergleich zum Zimmerpreis sehr teuer. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden.

Fantastisk flott hotell med veldig bra bacon, eneste som manglet var bacon! Flott beliggenhet, mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Utmerket renhold.
