Hotellet var genomsnittligt och TV:n på rummet fungerade inte. Frukosten höll en normal standard.

A well located, clean and comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend and use again if visiting Vienna.

It was a great choice for us as it was very close to the Metro station and was very convenient for us to travel and explore the city. Lovely budget friendly takeaways near the main road helped us save hundreds of pounds on dinning out every night.

Great location but hotel infrastructure is lacking -- no gym, rooms are too warm, phones don't work well, limited content on TV (all BSKYB, no BBC).

Alles prima, vor allem das Frühstück und das Personal. Die Umgebung ist nicht super einladend, aber zur U-Bahn nur 3 Minuten Fußweg.

Lovely ecconomical and ease of access to the city

Beautiful room and amenities. Easy to get to the metro to go to the city center. Restaurant had good food and nice bar.

Clean lovely room, friendly staff, would book again

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, schöne Zimmer. Die Zimmer in den Innenhof sind sehr ruhig und man hat eine coole Aussicht auf die anderen Gebäude. Die U-Bahn ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, damit ist man in weniger als 10min im Stadtzentrum. Es hat ebenfalls gleich meherere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Einzig laut ist es, wenn sich andere Gäste im Gang aufhalten. Dies hört man sehr gut. Die Betten sind ebenfalls bequem und sauber ist es auch. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We arrived two hours early for check-in due to our flight, but the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took our luggage while we sat in the restaurant and had a drink and lunch while we waited for our room. They even checked with housekeeping to see if our room was ready early. We were in no rush, so we were happy to eat lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One evening for dinner, they didn't have any sugar free drinks for my boyfriend who is diabetic, so they removed the drinks from our bill as a courtesy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Vorgartenstraße u-bahn station, so it's very quick and easy to get into the city. It was our first time in Vienna and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern, clean and of a high standard. Having said that, I would have expected that the damaged tiles in the bathroom would have been replaced, not just filled in. I was also surprised that my towels were taken away on one occasion and not replaced, and that the bins weren't emptied. This is not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Nevertheless the staff were always very helpful and professional, and promptly sorted any issues. Additionally, although the hotel promotes its energy efficient policies, the AC was always left on in the room by cleaning staff, and the towels were replaced even when hung up to be reused as instructed. All in all I would recommend the hotel as the bed was very comfortable, the room is fitted with up-to-date furnishings, and the the hotel is located only a 5-10 min walk from the subway.

Schönes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück, gut gelegen für Ausflüge. U-Bahn in der Nähe, die einen in fünf Minuten zum Stephansplatz bringt. Gerne wieder.
