Great place

Lovely hotel

We stayed here Easter Sunday thought it was wonderful and we came back and we’re not disappointed beds so comfy , breakfast lovely would definitely recommend The Address

What an excellent find in the centre of Glasgow, everything we wanted and more. Staff were incredibly friendly, bar area was great with a lovely atmosphere, good range of drinks as well as offering good people watching opportunities. Spa was and added bonus. Bedroom was spotless with everything we needed, the bonus of the bath in our Wellness Room was a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Expected more, staff was confused during checkin, did not give me wellness option that I had included in my payment, very unprofessional. Hotel is not easy to navigate and can be confusing.

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Glasgow. Staff are super-friendly and helpful. There is a spa that you can book which is amazing. I cannot recommend The Address highly enough.

I had an amazing stay albeit short. Staff welcoming and supportive. Room absolutely immaculate. My only downside was that being a lone female I felt the corridors very poorly lit and it was a bit nerve wracking finding my way to the lift, through the darkened corridors and to my room.

Staff were friendly and breakfast selection was good, however the room lacked a few basic amenities which made it a bit difficult. Such as no milk with the tea/coffee in the room, had to ring to request it they brought up sachets. No face cloth or shower cap in the bathroom, only shower gel and shampoo. Wardrobe quite narrow for 2 people to hang clothes. Paid for 2 club twin rooms but one was a lot smaller than the other. Quite a basic room not overly comfortable but it was clean and staff pleasant

The hotel was great and staff were amazing. I wish the couple sets of stairs had been better advertised.

Yet another very happy stay at the address. We will be back again!!!

Comfortable hotel

This property is great. Close to everything, and the staff, particularly Connie, are wonderfully helpful.

Hotel itself was great, beds were comfy and the room was nice, can't fault that. The only issue we had was at the restaurant. The food was fairly average considering the price but the main thing was it just took forever to get our food so maybe don't eat there if you need to be somewhere later.

Super friendly and in the middle of Glasgow

Great location in Glasgow walkable to both Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central train stations. I never used a cab while there. Great breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient. Great location close to restaurants and pubs
