The apartment was lovely and clean, very well presented. They provided bottles of water, a carton of milk and some breakfast bits, which was a nice suprise. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The WiFi was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with how close it is to the tube station and iconic landmarks of London.

Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. The door all bang hard because they are closers. You can hear the neighbour rooms also constantly banging. It is extremely annoying - especially at night. TV station is only terrestrial - basic TV. No streaming services allowed or even screen sharing, Aircon units - not built-into the rooms. The duct has to stick out of the window. Fire escape plan on door is for the wrong apartment. Room 25. Bed too hard. Good location.

Clean room, helpful staff

Clean and spacious apartment for our family of three. Nice and helpful staff. We stayed for a week to explore central London. Very convenient location as Tower Hill and Tower Gateway stations are just nearby.

Clean room, absolutely great with two bathrooms! Wery helpfull staff. There was noise from probably the subway, but it didn't disturb the night's sleep.

Breakfast was something that should reconsidered, every day same breakfast, not ideal.

Good setup

Great location next to Tower of London with plenty to of food options. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The washer/dryer in unit made it very convenient to do laundry and the staff made sure to refill the laundry detergent for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the price showed on Expedia website was deceiving. The pricing has always been in USD for us when booking hotels, but when we arrived we were told the amount is actually in British pounds. So of course that means the total price came out to be a lot more expensive for us. Just be sure to double check the price on Expedia when booking to make sure it’s in the correct currency so there aren’t any surprises.

Great location close to Tower Bridge. Lots of bars and restaurants close at hand. Apartment was overall good. However the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Tower Residences by Blue Orchid. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette was well-equipped, which made the stay feel even more convenient and homely. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff truly stood out, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and efficiently. The location was another highlight, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience, and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I don’t understand how this hotel got a 8+ rating. We couldn’t sleep a single night due to the noise from the underground and the street traffic. Rooms were pretty, big and clean. Staff was super friendly. However, this is not a hotel I'd recommend or book again. You're „sleeping“ just above the underground.

The Reception staff were so lovely and welcoming, and they gave us a room upgrade which was amazing!

Location! Location! Location! The place es pretty, modern, with a beautiful view of The Tower, it’s just cross street The attention of all of the employees, specially front desk it’s immaculate! They are always on top of your needs, specially the ladies shoe works morning. I love this place.
