I had a wonderful time at Z.E.T.T. Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The location is perfect for exploring Jounieh, and the breakfast was really good. Highly recommend!

Location is very good , nice view from the balcony. Bed room in the suite is very small , on the other hand , its terrible for 5 star hotel as they mentioned because no facilities like jim , restaurants , cafe shop , pool -------'etc . Moreover , the service veey slow .

ALL IT WAS OK .

Everything was new in the building. The room was very spacious and it had a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel had its own parking.

I ecourage everyone to consider this place. View was stunning.. service was amazing .. Location was near by resturant and places around ..customer service was the best ..cant recall all name but I mean all was excellent thanks again

I reserved a big room for a family of 5 but upon arrival they were told that we do not have that big room anymore that you guys reserved and paid for it and we have non refundable policy so they were given two separate small rooms in two stairs , it was inconvenient to split the family and not to get what they already paid for ! some Disparte person offered them more money so they bounced us and our money was stuck so either to get those two damn rooms or get the hell out of here no refund ! receptionist admitted that was her mistake and she was laughing so we got punished cuz of her fault , it was definitely intentional cuz some desperate people paid them more , they're are not honest so not recommended

They overcharged me and I don't like the staff very rude never again
