This property was a welcome surprise in a city that aside of always crowded, has become more and more difficult to find a good place, in a good location, for a reasonable price. The site is very well located, close by Parque Lincoln, surrounded by many places where to eat, very close by the Presidente Masarik Avenue and its designer stores, galleries and restaurants. The room was well appointed, nicely furnished, and quiet. My room faced the back of the property, so I can't comment how would it be facing the street, but Enrique Ibsen is regularly a quiet street, with a few apartment buildings and offices nearby, and no noisy bars or anything like it. In general, I am very pleased with my stay, and I think I will come back again soon.

El lugar es hermoso y super limpio; tuvimos dos temas: el primero es que solo tienen 5 lugares de estacionamiento y lo tienes que reservar, no leí esa información en el anuncio (no sé si lo indica) y tuve que buscar un estacionamiento de paga, el segundo, es que el guardia es quien hace el check In y me decía que ya me había llegado la clave para entrar a mi habitación y no me habían mandado nada, tuvo que llamar a alguien más y la persona me dijo que era tema de Hoteles, entonces fue tardado poder llegar a descansar.

La estancia cumplio con lo que ponen en el post; es excelente porque aunque ellos manejen su página es bastante fácil de manejar y es sencillo comunicarte con tu recepción o host, incluso te la opción de que te escriban al WhatsApp o te mantengas en chat de su página. El cuarto esta super completo, mi estadía fue para una persona pero considero que si vas en pareja el lugar es perfecto y cómodo.

Excelente ubicacion a una cuadra del Parque Lincoln! Las instalaciones son de primera, todo limpio y el personal es cordial! La vista de la habitación no fue la mejor, fue en la parte posterior con vista a los edificios contiguos. Recomendable!

Great location, rooms were nice. It was like a nice clean apartment in a very good location. Just what we needed.

Everything was excellent! Rafael the security person was helpful and polite. The place was clean and our room well-equiped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and sitting area just as pictured. Location was the best with a scenic walk at Parque Lincoln a few blocks away. The park was such a serene surprise with an abundance of flowers, trees and easy to walk through paths. Garden statues, small monuments, architecture of homes and so many cafes and restaurants with outside patios. Then around the corner from where we stayed was the best shopping district. Communication before we arrived and throughout our stay was easily available. While the view from the small balcony not the best - ugly rooftops of other buildings - don't let this stop you. I would definitely stay again!
