The location of the hotel could stand to be nicer. The apartment could use a paint job. When I first made it to the hotel the water was not running. They fixed it later in the day. Then days later the electricity went out. It was fixed later in the day. Expedia lists that the hotel has a free shuttle but I later found out the hard way that it is only free for the airport pickup. They need to make that clear.

This was great. Good service. Went there multiple times and they treated me very well.

The hotel is off of the major road, but only about a minute or two. The gate is secure and has a guard working. Reception was so friendly and checked us in quickly. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. AC worked well and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. This is a great option for travelers looking to stay somewhere clean and reliable on a budget. We'd definitely book here again.

A quiet place that is well located. You can rent single rooms or an apartment, both options come with a kitchen. The shower has hot water, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice. Un endroit tranquille qui est bien placé à Cotonou. Vous pouvez prendre une chambre ou appartement, les deux options ont une cuisine. Il y a l’eau chaud, les chambres sont saines, et la réceptionne est bien accueillante.

Exactly what i wanted, calm area and neat property

Inside the rooms, it was not too bad, but the building is old and run down. The property surrounding the Inn and the property within the compound was like a dump with old, broken down appliances and furniture. The Inn is located in what I would call a ghetto. The breakfast is not free...and there is no place close to buy a meal or food to cook. I DO NOT recommend this for accomodation for anyone.
