This hotel is a role model for any similarly-positioned facility. Perfect location, quiet, surgically clean, and well-equipped rooms, professional and helpful staff, excellent food and amenities.

Much much better than I expected. Staff went above and beyond to help me. When going to Chisinau THERE IS A LOT TO SEE.. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND EXPLORE THE CITY! EVERYWHERE IS SAFER THAN WESTERN EUROPE! Local buses are regular and it is easy to understand where you are going.

Amazing hotel, centrally located next to Cathedral and within a short walking distance of theatres. Super clean hotel, excellent helpful staff nothing to dislike.

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, alleen was er niet altijd een tafeltje vrij. Raam kon wijd open en tijdens mijn verblijf eind april had ik geen airco nodig. Personeel sprak goed Engels en was attent en behulpzaam ook bij vragen over het openbaar vervoer. De gordijnen verduisteren de kamer goed. Fijn verblijf gehad.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Polite staff. Very convenient location, a few steps to parks, restaurants, shops. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped (kettle, fridge etc.). Very quiet when windows are closed. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better though.

The room is very small for the price and no window to the outside.

Have stayed many nights at another hotel in Chisinau but Richmond was much better - many thanks to the staff who were friendly. (It is not very common others in Chisinau). Large rooms, large clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, generous with extras in the bathroom, good breakfast. Recommended!
