Disgusting this hotel should never have been on Hotels.com. The safe was a wood box, the balcony door to the unit was broken and the lock to the main door was not how a hotel door lock should be. Was assured would receive breakfast for fasting timings prior to booking this was refused on sight. Aside from the hotel I immediately requested the cancellation of the booking and was assured by a hotels.com agent I would receive said refund. They never followed up nor helped in anyway. I realize Hotels.com where I have spent over 30k this year is not a reliable site to ensure you are taken care of when something goes wrong. Won’t use them again

It’s a decent hotel bordering the Abids area. Staff were friendly and attentive. It’s good value for the money.

Very nice family hotel good size guest rooms, near to all shopping areas, easy transportation. Recommended..
