Fantastic stay this property the amenities rooms and staff were excellent

Great property location is perfect and amenities as well as the rooms and staff service is very good.

It was a great place to stay except the blanket was a winter blanket and it got so hot even with the AC running at 64 deg. The AC was weird because if it got too cold and you up the thermostat, it would go into heating mode. Anyhow, overall great clean hotel but not as comfy.

Clean, close to downtown, reasonably priced, highly recommended!

The room itself looked to be updated. The staff was friendly. It wasn't super close to the main area of town which was fine because we had a car. There were some hiking trails not far from us. Overall, we would stay there again.

This is my go to place when I come to Lake Placid. The staff I’d great, the rooms are nice, modern and clean.

We took the lake view room and it was so worth it. It had balcony and room service. Kids enjoyed in the pool and it has great views to the mountain. New property. Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. I am 18 at first I was denied access because it’s 21 and over but then I was allowed to stay I just had to forfeit my access to room service.

Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges, hier kam nur ein sehr geringer Teilnder Frischluft an, so dass wir drei Tage in unserem eigenen "Mief" verbringen mussten ohne ausreichende Sauerstoffzufuhr. Wir mussten daher mehrmals die Zimmertür zum Flur öffnen, um nicht zu ersticken. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Auch wurde die feuchte Luft nach dem Duschen nicht abgesaugt, so dass die Feuchtigkeit am Spülkasten der Toilette kondensierte und Fützen auf dem Boden bildete. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer war auch nicht in Ordnung. Schön war die Außenanlage mit tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten am See.

First time staying here and will be back! It was quiet and staff was great!

This hotel is beautiful and the views are exactly as pictured in their photos. I highly recommend a room with a balcony, we spent a lot of time out there. The only problem we had with the hotel at all was that the walls are THIN! We heard everything our neighbors did (opening/closing cabinets, running water, phone calls, and TV) Everything else in the hotel was pure perfection!
