Limited breakfast. Not Muslim friendly

他の東横ではオニギリがあるが、ここは無かったのが残念でした。 駅に近いが治安は良く静かな場所だと思います 。 そのせいか隣りのイビキが聞こえてきました。 ホテル駐車場が満室でも5分以内で砂利だが400円の所もある。

The hotel was excellent and a two minute walk from the train station. Food options were limited but the is a lsrge Delicia supermarket a ten minute walk away. Lots of choice for breakfast but it does get crowded.

　車での旅行でなかつたのでチェックイン前、チェックイン後も快く荷物を預かって頂きました。

This hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Nagano station, and had a room that accommodated 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were standard hard for Japan, but the room was a really good size for suitcases. The bathroom was really cramped though - it reminded us of an airplane bathroom! That was the only annoying thing though - everything else was great, for this really reasonably priced hotel. Added bonus -the included buffet breakfast was really good! Up on level 14, with amazing views across to the mountains - we really emjoyed these breakfasts! Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want cheap, family accommodation in Nagano. We would happily stay there again.

La atención para un estándar japonés fue malo. Me dieron una habitación para fumadores y les pedí que cambiarán por mis alegergias y según ellos no podían hacerlo. La cama dura incómoda las alhomadas eran unas piedras. El baño super incómodo. El desayuno una persona tosiendo sobre toda la comida y no había nada que la protegiera y el personal no le decía nada. Realmente mala experiencia

出張で宿泊したので、観光はわかりませんが過ごしやすいホテルだと思います。

長野駅に駅が近いので、移動に便利！ フロントスタッフも、親切でした。特に、朝食バイキングを、用意してくれたスタッフの方達が、あかるく笑顔が絶えなかったので、良い職場なのだと思います。

Clean and conveniently located hotel but the breakfast was very poor. Western options were limited to tasteless scrambled egg, hot dog sausages and mass produced croissant. No fresh fruit, no cereal, no yoghurt or milk and no fresh bread. The beds were very uncomfortable - so hard - we may as well have been sleeping on the floor.

Great location for the Shinkansen

酒店比較新，自助早餐在14/f,環境舒適,開陽景觀，食物選擇多. 酒店对面有大公園及新開咖啡店. 房間大，床也相對大.整體滿意.

東口駅から5分ほど。短期出張でのビジネス利用にはいいかも

大学入試　前泊で予約しました。清潔でとても良かったです。部屋の机が思った以上に広かったので　勉強も落ち着いてできました。 同じ目的での宿泊者が多かったのか朝食がとても混み合いましたが部屋で食べることができたので良かったです。

駐車場の予約が電話のみというのは現代ではそぐわないのでは？駐車場が利用出来ることを確認しての予約だったので到着してから駐車場が満杯であることを言われても困ってしまいます。

駅前でアクセス最高。 東横インは全部一緒で退屈という印象があったが、時代に合わせて設備も新しく更新されていて、良い意味で裏切られた。 朝食も無料だと思えば十分なレベル。 不満は全く個人的な事で、枕が片目で合わなかったくらい。
