L’établissement est globalement agréable, toutefois un petit peu en deçà de ce que l’on pourrait attendre pour un hôtel de ce niveau (qualité des équipements, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de kit de toilette)

L’hôtel est très mignon et bien situé . Par contre la chambre standard 51 est sous les toits et n’est pas très pratique accessible par un escalier en colimaçon et le velux ne s’ouvre pas donc ça manque un peu d’air frais.

Je suis déçue car sur les photos de la réservation il apparaissait une belle chambre spacieuse de 16m2 et à l’arrivée je me suis trouvée dans une chambre toute petite comme dans un couloir avec un lit collé contre un mur. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre mais le directeur de l’hôtel n’a pas voulu malgré le fait qu’il y avait des disponibilités. Cela ne donne pas envie d’y revenir.

Hôtel très sympa, personnel accueillant, chambre top, bref nous reviendrons !

Clean room

This was a solid option for a last-minute stay in Marseille. The room was tasteful and spacious, good shower water pressure, no major frills but all the basics. Most importantly, for a few glitches the hotel staff were kind and accommodating to help work them out.

Staff was very accommodating and flexible. We came in very late and the checkin was still smooth. Great paid parking at walking distance. For shopping and eateries too.

Friendly and highly cooperative staff. Room service was also to our satisfaction. Bed linen and mattress to room 22 may require attention to remove bed bugs. We both experienced punctures in clusters on skin from mites.

The hotel is very overrated for what it offers (and overpriced, too). We got a room in the basement that was really smelly. The window opened to a courtyard and other people could sit there right infront of the room window. So you always have to keep the curtains shut and the smell inside...

Nettes Boutique Hotel zentral an der Innenstadt gelegen. Alles da was man braucht, leider etwas lieblos im (z.B. kaum Klopapier auf der Toilette, Müll wird von der Putzfrau nicht mitgenommen). Für uns war es ok, würden aber beim nächsten Mal nach was anderem schauen

This is an amazing hotel within walking distance to all the historical places of Marseille. Very attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely and helpful team working here. Room was super nice and the reception and dining area was very nice too. The little courtyard is very cute and calm. The breakfast buffet was nice. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very close to the harbour. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

the inside of the hotel was clean. there was a forest fire and we needed to leave due to breathing issues. we didn’t even enter the room because it was the 4th floor no elevator. the outside was dirty and I was cat called multiple times while waiting for a taxi to leave the city. no refund after requesting.
