Very nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Lots of choice for food and drink

Nothing much

It was a short stay but great one. The hotel is well equipped and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurants are tasty and must try.

아기가 수영장에서 수영을 하고 다음날 바로 3번 연속 토해서 수액 맞았습니다 잘못된걸 먹지 않았는데 그 이후부터는 여기 수영장 사용하기가 싫네요 청결 관리에 신경써주셨으면 좋겠어요 자쿠지는 너무 작고 그에 비해 사람들은 너무 많아요

조금 외진곳에 호텔이 위치하고 있어서 대중교통이 불편한점은 있지만 주변경관이 매우좋음

룸 컨디션 침구기 푹신하고 아늑하고 좋았다. 무엇보다 깔끔해서 더 좋았다

모든 시설이 깨끗하고 고급스러웠으나 직원들이 어리고 경력이 부족해서 서비스는 만족스럽지 않았습니다.

Very nice staff

スタッフがとても親切です。部屋も綺麗で広いです。ソウルから遠いですが、タクシーで苦労しません。

All the staffs were very nice and friendly but fee things needed to be improved like the very heavy door phone on the table and not just near the bed refrigerator needs to be cold. For people with disabilities its a bit hard to get around the room because of carpet around the bed.

음식맛 좋고 특히 라운지(이그제크티뷰) 넘 좋았습니다. 톰루이 바 분위기와 공연도 좋네요
