Great place and staff

Quiet and friendly

There is a restaurant near the hotel that has live music every night. The music is very loud and you can't rest or sleep from 7:00 PM to about 11:30 PM.

Check in was easy, staff very nice. Room was basic, comfortable and clean. Location was close to everything. Only negative is that it is not the quietest place, but good for everything else

No one complanit about the hotel or the staff. The staff make the hotel a great stay

The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade.

You are in the heart of Patong. Music plays in the evenings but if you are out and about it wont bother. If you are early to bed you might look elsewhere. Staff was amazing and the location is exceptional.

Staff and service were excellent and very accomodating. Great to have the pool, thry provide towels for the pool as well if you want to go to the veach. Great location close to everything. Very quiet.

Stayed 28 days. It was a good room. Good location. Staff was excellent. The pool was nice; partially in the shade for a majority of the day. A band did play until 10 or 11 in a nearby location, otherwise quiet for Patong. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was great and the location was perfect. I will be back.

Incroyable comme logement super à l’écoute

The hotel was not what was shown on their website. The hotel is practically in shambles. You pull up to the property, not even knowing it’s a hotel due to the lack of care that goes into the building’s appearance. The main lobby was filthy, the elevator was disgustingly hot, and the hallways were even worse. The hotel room was bare boned. The beds were like bricks, the room was only cleaned once, even though we put up the “make up room” sign on our door. There was no hot water at all. The only positive thing I will say about this hotel was that the staff was friendly and the AC worked well. I will never return.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Always had two bottles of water every day. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. The shower was in the bath, which was a bit difficult for me to get in and out. Was worried that I’d fall through the shower curtain! The pool was a bit cold for my liking, probably due to some of it not in full sun for most of the day! But the best bit of all by a country mile was the staff. They were so polite and always willing to help. Wish I could take them with me on my next holiday!
