The room was nice and clean. It was perfect for my family. The location was very central to food and shopping. Definitely recommend thia place.

Excellent place to stay.Close to the airport.

Housekeeper Eva was very accommodating during our 3 day stay. We were enjoying the quant room until I saw a roach lurking in the bathroom and ants on the kitchen counter. The air condition unit does not cool off the entire studio. The kitchen table wobbles coz one leg is about to give as well as the chairs.

Truly what I expected like a vacation club unit or airb&b type where a little kitchenette allows the option to dine in the room, spacious enough for me to do light work, then have a comfortable bed to relax. The entire Newport City esp Newport Blvd is very accessible with plenty of dining, health & wellness & grooming options.

We booked this hotel for a short 6 hour stay, before going to the airport, as we had an evening flight. Room had what we needed for our short stay, but that’s also it. If we had to stay for a full night we would probably find something else.

I like location because its for what i need especially the fast food and restaurant.

Hotel is like what it says..a castle. It feels and looks like a castle. Our room has more like an antique decor and furnishings. All the staff including the manager Jay & Chef Nena were at most helpful in every way, very welcoming and friendly. Our last night of stay was a lot of fun. We joined in to a night of bonfire where all the guest can sing, dance and a chance to chat with other guest. The only drawback is a long ride from the main road to the main entrance of the hotel. They just recently had a storm so the beach area was not too dainty.

Love the place and close to everything

My mom and aunt had a lovely time during their stay at this property. They found it to be warm, welcoming, and fully equipped to meet their needs. It truly exceeded all their expectations, and I can't thank you enough for providing such a wonderful experience.

Spacious

The property is clean, though lack amenities you could find in a hotel room such as hair dryer , toiletries . The unit has a kitchenette but no pots and pans if you want to cook. The wifi is unreliable . There is only one plug for the appliances such as the Fridge and microwave( you have to unplug the other to use what you need. We had to plug the water kittle by the bed to make coffee. Overall it was fine , we make do with what we have . Albert was responsive to what we asked . Thank you.

Like the fact that it’s accessible to the guest’s personal needs

Enjoyed staying there, if any problems they soon solved the issue, but had socket faulty and wasn’t sorted. Owners staff was excellent

I will definitely recommend this place.
