Location is excellent. Overall clean property. Only drawback was there was no AC and only 2 small fans in the entire apartment. Not enough for the summer months.

We stay here frequently and it’s the perfect base for Hradec Králové. The apartment is clean and spacious, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. But be aware that some rooms might be near the late night bars. Is was loud until early in the morning. I will stay there again but will ask for a room further away from the activity.

Room O.K., Location perfect, dozens of emails upfront, digital check-in portal but it does not really work. Reception never open, door code did not work, we had to call in twice to finally receive an invoice. Digitalization is nice but it should work. All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work. I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin in sucha price-range.

There is horrible smell of urine just at the entrance (entrance doorway or corridor) of the property! Obviously, it brought certain apprehension in my mind if the room and toilets would be hygienically cleaned which I voiced to the manager who responded sarcastically in an unprofessional manner “hope so”!! Also, unfortunately at this property I had to pay at the property and he charged me in CZK more than that was sent by Expedia in its confirmation email on top of which I was charged conversion fee etc. The room service does not exist unless you ask for it. When they do appear they lend an impression that they are in a hurry and have to rush!

Free parking. Everything is brand new.

The residence Manager was exceptionally helpful with any request. The apartment was modern, very spacious, well equipped, and very very clean. The situation is in the historic old town in a vibrant area with plenty of good eating places. I would certainly recommend this property.

Spacious, modern studio apartment, very clean and quiet and perfectly situated in the old town. Nice breakfast and friendly staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Sehr große Suite mit Couch-Ecke und Kücheneinrichtung. Sehr hohe Räume, Doppel-Hochbett über der Zwischendecke. Für Familie mit 2 Kindern geeignet.

Huge apartment with modern, basic furnishings. The bed was not super comfortable. No air conditioning but fan helped.
