I booked their "luxury apartment". Unfortunately, I quickly realized that there wasn't much "luxury" about it after all. As soon as I stepped inside, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. (I found out that it was coming from the drain pipe in the shower). The air conditioning in the room was connected to a pipe system that ran through the bathroom, had collapsed, the bathroom door couldn't close completely. (So there was no privacy if there were several people in the room). There is only one chair and two stools and a 45 x 50 cm table mounted on the wall. There is also not much space for clothes! You can only put your clothes in a small closet that barely has room for one person's clothes. The ad also said that there was a view of the garden, which is technically true if you are 2.20 cm tall and can see out of the slanted windows and "blackout windows," which were just white roller blinds! (One of which didn't work anyway). I tried to send a text message to the management about something I didn't understand, namely why they put the towels on the bed (or more precisely, just a mattress on the floor!), which was on a platform over 3 meters up a very narrow staircase, and I received a condescending message saying that this was how they did things and that they apologized for cleaning my room and changing the lining! (I saved the message!!!)

Mini appartamento pulito r con tutti i “confort”, un po’ lontano dal centro. Ottimo per spendere poco e non avere brutte sorprese.

Perfect little stop over, very clean and modern

When I turned up I was turned away and had to look for different accommodation in a strange city!!!

A very comfortable basement room with a large, cosy bed. Use of the communal kitchen with free coffee, and a fridge. Wifi worked well. There is nothing near the hotel, but it is only a 15 minute walk to town.
