This is an older house in Seixal with a historical appeal. Only 4 rooms which makes it very cozy and with our room being on the other side of the house - very private.
This is a bed and breakfast, but neither the beds nor the breakfast was any good. Mattresses were worn out and should have been replaced long time ago, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Breakfast choices were good, but there was no fresh bread, which in a country like Portugal, was really surprising for us. The toasts that were served tasted like saw dust. We just decided to eat at a local bakery in Sao Vincente (only 10 minutes by car) where they had fresh buns and bread everyday.
The house is in a great location and the service was good both from the housekeeper (our room was taken care of everyday and fresh towels were provided) and the owner (answering our questions very promptly).
However we would not stay there again due to the beds and breakfast issues mentioned above.
