Room very clean and staff amazing, breakfast good id a lot of stuff Don't give 5 stars because order room id double bed and get 2 single beds together but i general hi recommend

The customer service was great. The hotel itself has the basics but it’s not for the faint of heart.

Apesar de ter sido reformado há alguns anos, é muito mal conservado, ar condicionado não funciona, não tem frigobar, tem um desinfetante com um cheiro terrível, o café da manhã é muito simples, café pão e queijo + nada. Funcionários são apáticos e mal humorados, parecem que não gostam do que fazem, a mucama tem o hábito de bater na porta pela manhã para te acordar e perguntar se quer limpeza. Não parece um hotel, muito longe disso. Total decadencia.

Attention aux indications sur sa localisation, Ribeira est a plus de 35 minutes et non 18 comme indiqué sur le site hotel.com La clim ne fonctionnait pas.. nous n’avons pris le petit déjeuné donc nous ne pouvons pas noté cet aspect, nous n’avions tout simplement pas confiance.

We had stayed there once before and was as nice as before, and we were lucky to be given a sea view...all the staff are very friendly and all spoke English..the cleaning team always did a great job and the room and bathroom were excellent in facilities..the breakfast was good, although more suited for Portuguese with Ham and Cheese as savoury choices..a few of the nights it was quite hot and although the hotel did say there was no air-conditioning, there was the unit in the room, although when I enquired - it's not used ??..maybe just for show..we did have a slight issue that the patio door lock was broken, and although mentioned it a few times, no one was available to fix it... luckily those who could have climbed over from next door, never did...so we didn't leave any valuables in the room when we went out.. however we always felt very safe in Portugal..it's also very close to the railway station and the glorious beach...We will stay again.

Trato muy bueno del personal del hotel. La ubicación inmejorable tanto para aparcar, cercanía de la playa, restaurantes y el tren en la puerta por si quieres ir a conocer alguna ciudad próxima sin coger el coche.

Staff excellent, hotel good value, great location. Rooms good although mattrss hard and bumpy (new renewing really). Breakfast good but the same very day.

The hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach and shopping. Great location!

Great spot in Espinho. Right next to the train station. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Few minutes walk to the beach.

Chegamos ao hotel faltava uns 15 minutos para as 15 horas e não foi permitido fazer o check por causa da hora, tivemos que guardar as malas para voltar mais tarde, os apartamentos são bons mas falta um frigobar.

Como sempre o atendimento foi excelente, o hotel se situa na frente da estação de comboios, próximo a praia e o café da manhã é muito bom

Fint rom. Bra renhold. Hyggelig personell. Vannet i dusjen ble ikke ordentlig varmt. Veldig enkel frokost med dårlig utvalg. (skinke, ost, syltetøy, smør).
