Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Fint, stort rom med sofa i eget område. Terrasse og nydelig utsikt mot stranda. Flott takterrasse med bar.

El hotel cumple con los requisitos de comodidad, cerca de la playa y con bares y restaurantes cerca. El desayuno y los empleados del comedor son maravillosos con unos cocineros muy amables . En recepción me quedo con Brian y su amabilidad y buenos consejos, siempre amable y atento. Muchad gracias!!!

I stayed 8 nights at the Occidental Las Canteras in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, and was quite disappointed overall. Several aspects did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. The handle on the sink kept falling off, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time we used it, requiring us to place towels on the floor constantly, which stayed damp throughout our stay. The room had no windows to the outside—only a window facing the elevator, meaning anyone walking by could see directly into our space. Not only was there no view, but there was also virtually no natural light, which made the room feel even more cramped and gloomy. The room itself was very small, and overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 2.5 or 3-star level. That said, the staff were kind, helpful, and professional, and the breakfasts were very good. Their service was the highlight of the stay.

Business trip, good comfortable hotel with a great location just next to the beach. I didn't have any view from my room as the small window was point towards other parts of the hotel but as it was business I was too busy to look at a view anyway. There was a rooftop bar which I was also too busy to get to

Frühstück war sehr lecker. Leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster.

+ Läget mycket bra centralt vid Las Canteras. +Trevlig personal +Nyrenoverat och fräscht. + Designen morden och trevlig - Funktion vid handfat urusel. Vatten hamnar runt handfat och det blir söligt. - Dåligt med förvaringsutrymme. Fick ha det mesta i resväskorna. -Trång toalett.

Basic room, no view, but quite clean. The breakfast buffet has a large selection and the personnel is very friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have freshly made fruit juices, typical in Canary Islands. Just juice from the bottle. The position is central
