Wonderful river view from the room; easily accessible to public transport and walkable around city centre and Alfama areas. Very nice continental breakfast.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, let us store our bags on the last day so we could explore and come back after check out before leaving for our flight. We had an early morning tour one day and they offered to start breakfast half an hour earlier for us. Great at making recommendations and if you need their assistance with anything, changing reservations etc. Room was great for what we needed. Comfortable and roomy and well equipped

Nous avons été accueillis par Ana, une jeune femme très sympathique et professionnelle. Elle nous as aidé par ses conseils pour nous rendre dans différents endroits et pour trouver un restaurant proche de l'hôtel. Une chambre lumineuse, une salle d'eau suffisamment grande et une magnifique vue sur le Tage depuis notre chambre qui était située au 4ème étage . Un petit déjeuner simple mais délicieux et du personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci à toutes pour nous avoir permis de réaliser un excellent séjour.

The location was very convenient for getting around. The property was rated at 9.6 on your site, but there is no way this should have been rated that high. It should be in the 8’s. The room was small, the breakfast was minimal, and when they fixed a breakfast to go, they were terrible.

This hotel had confortable, newly renovated rooms with modern amenities. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to help. Location of the hotel is great witin the city, close to public tansit.

This hotel is in the centre of everything! The friendly desk staff are always willing to give tips about what to see and how to get there! Only minutes from bus, Metro and tram stops. And the restaurants nearby are superb!

Die Lage ist ruhiger als erwartet. Sehr zentral gelegen und gut miz öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das Hotel selber ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles prima.

Huone oli pieni huone sisäpihan puolella, sänky mukava, ei häiritseviä tekijöitä.

Quartos muito confortáveis e localização ótima! Como sugestão, poderiam melhorar o café da manhã colocando mais opções, incluindo ovo e salsicha. Outra detalhe é a questão do box do banheiro ser aberto, quanto toda banho molha tudo.

Really friendly hosts. Stay away from the overpriced patio restaurants on the block. Overpriced and cater to the cruise ships. Very small room. But nice clean sheets and towels everyday. It’s reasonably located to a lot of things and there is a subway nearby. Belem is definitely a ways but we truly spent one morning there. The area around the hotel was much more interesting. Only did breakfast once but it was good. A lot of choices but simple.
