We were unable to check in do to the absence of staff. After an hour of trying to contact staff, we had to make other arrangements. As a result we were stuck with the bill for this place because it is “non-refundable”. The problem with that is no services were even available to receive. How can this not be refunded!?

The room was clean, Mr Angus welcomed us on arrival also let us know if we needed anything to let him and the staff know. It was a great couple of weeks the staff was amazing very helpful and assisting us with what is needed. Mary and Adrien were the best. Appreciated them so much with assisting me. Looking forward to another trip in the future. Thank you Wave Crest and staff. 👍👍👍

Yes, the kitchen is fully equip for cooking. In additio,n, the staffI is very accommodating and friendly as well as the boss. I have always enjoyed staying there whether it is a short or lonh stsy.

Customer service was good , but the property itself is getting oudated

It was a pleasant stay in a comfortable room. The view was wonderful and relaxing when sitting on the veranda.The staff was kind and helpful. It was in walking distance to grocery and dining. Taxis were available if needed.

Very nice place was perfect for me and my family we had a kitchen access to a washer and dryer just a short walk take us to everything public transportation right in front of the hotel not a 5 star but enough for a nice family vacation if you are looking for something luxury silver sand is available the gentleman the caretaker of the property was very nice and helpful he lives there on the property

It's close to everything

The place need proper utensils. Place need remodeling Also need better stoveect. Iwas uncomfortable the first night. The one thing thatwas good is the air-conditioned cleanness

Property is not updated and bathroom light did not work

Room cleaning procedures and expectations need to be revisited. Front desk staff did try to resolve in a timely manner.
