This hotel was conveniently located for our trip. They need some improvements on the back balcony. The rooms were nice, clean the air condition was cool, but the staffs were amazing. From the breakfast to the bar and the reception.

Amazing staff! They are super helpful and responsive. Hotel is located at a great location. Access to food and the local market that you can walk to and get fresh fruits.

Friendly personnel, large room, good breakfast

Stayed for 8 days and honestly I was disappointed especially the price for there isn’t worth it also when we arrived they said they was cleaning the room when they finished they told us the room was ready when we went to the room the floor had a lot of sand on the floor flies as well their complimentary breakfast was awful it’s either bread and eggs or pancakes and sausages. The bathroom had a very nasty scent I honestly visited on a business trip and trust me I couldn’t have waited for my time to come to leave this place I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

after checking in. I was put into a room that was still dirty after telling a housekeeper that was right outside . I was transferred to another room but it was not up-to-date. The toilet seat was falling apart I had to screw the seat back in place myself also the room entry door was not well maintained it had a broken piece of marble tile on the floor as you enter the room not safe. I ask the staff member who came to apologise if he can put me into the initial room that I was given first after it has been cleaned I can wait because I still has a few hours until I pick my wife up from the airport. I was told there’s no cleaner available. I spent a total of 4 days and not one day any housekeeper came to at least ask if we needed a change of towels besides one came banging on the door asking us if we had a car park outside. The front desk staff was very nice overall.

This was the newer building across the street, but it is not properly built. The elevator was leaking, we had blackout several times. The water pressure was low and on two of the days, we could not shower because the water was completely off. Because of the rain, the entrance to the hotel was very muddy. We requested for someone to come to our room to fix a broken toilet seat. We stayed for five nights and no one came. Overall, it was not comfortable for my family and I.

Room was clean. AC was good in the room Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Thanks to Anisa who helped us at Breakfast. She always had a smile. Malissa and Alvin were very pleasant throughout the booking and check-in process. All in all a very pleasant experience. Recommend Caribbean Inn.

AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful.

This was an unbelievable experience and I gave them all day to fix the issue and absolutely nothing was done to resolve. First TV didn’t work, front desk said it would be fixed tomorrow, nothing happened. I then asked front person today and she said oh all he had to was switch cables. I didn’t look at shower until morning absolutely discusting. No shower handle, black mold everywhere, 2 holes in shower wall with mold, then I looked more closely holes and mold behind door in bathroom and mold on towels. It was a holiday so I’d been waiting all day for cab so I asked from desk if she went and looked at room she said no three times and laughed. Asked for a refund of something and was said no it’s a holiday. Stay away from this place!

Every thing and every one

Rooms need upgrading. Not worth what is being charged for. Toilet overflowing. Bath tub had mould. Safe stuck and could not open. Requested new bath towel but no one provided. Reports go unheaded and could not find manager to discuss.

Front desk staff show lack of knowledge. I didn't get the room I reserved.

We arrived in the middle of the night, check in was smooth as was check out the next morning. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again.
