A good one-night stay with good service. We left with an early shuttle and had trouble checking out as we couldn't reach any staff by phone or the available bell. Ended up leaving the keys on the counter as we had to go to the shuttle, no issues in the aftermath.

Sugiero que deben ofrecer desayuno y estar incluido dentro de la reserva. Por otro lado, al inicio, la habitación que me asignaron no tenia buena recepción de internet. Solicité el cambio y al incio resistieron dandome opcion que trabajara en la sala ppr lo que expliqué que neceitaba trabajar con privacidad. Deben hacer limpieza profunda en el contenedor de agua del primer piso . Es un depósito de agua y estaba sucio.

Loved the location, restaurant opposite was great. Pool on roof top to cool down in and view over town.

hotel was in a great central location, easily accessed parking lot was secure. water dispenser in the lobby, and pitcher/glasses in the room for convenience. had a great stay while visiting copan!

Staff and hotel theme. The central garden is beautiful and the second floor terrace is a nice place to have coffee in the evening.

Parking was safe if in the parking garage. They were remodeling so the pool was not in service, disappointing. Employees were very nice. Great view, if you want to sleep in make sure to get a room off the back. Over all this was a nice place close to park.

Bonitas instalaciones y bien ubicado. Falta personal con mayor fluidez en inglés, pero muy atentos en la atención al huésped.

Very nice place. Good underground parking. The staff was fantastic. I stayed an extra day to use the rooftop pool and relax. Close to everything you would want.

Good reception

Buenas opción para conocer copan. Céntrico con lo necesario para una agradable estancia Limpio y cama cómoda. La única pega que se oyen los coches que pasan por la calle.

Me gustaria agregaran agua embotellada en las habitaciones o colocar un oasis en la segunda planta

Construction doing daytime is why it’s inexpensive. Dated rooms but still a nice place to stay.
