Charming boutique hotel in one of the safest areas in Guatemala City. The hotel offers modest accommodation, but with impeccable rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. Customer service was excellent with friendly, polite and professional staff. The room included a traditional Guatemalan breakfast that was made specifically to your request. The area doesn't offer a variety of restaurant, but there are some a few minutes walk, the biggest shopping mall of Central America is located 20 minutes away.

Lovely boutique hotel in one of the safests parts of town and minutes away from the airport. The room was impeccable and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a rain shower. I was really impressed by the customer service, everyone at the front desk was so attentive, welcoming, professional and polite. I enjoyed the traditional Guatemalan breakfast. This place is worthwhile.

Everything was comfortable. Only maybe a table in the room for reading, writing, or placing a laptop more conveniently.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Let us drop our bags early, and when we returned to check in, they had already put our bags in our room. They also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3:00 a.m. with honest prices and right on time. It was a great stay at the end of an amazing adventure.

I love this place

I am happy with the device. Except there was no toilet paper in the room. I asked the front desk. The service came in my room to clean up, and didn’t put the toilet paper. When I came back at night, and noticed there was no toilet paper yet. I went to the front desk to ask for it. Then I was given one roll. The lady who serves the breakfast is very nice. Next week I’m coming back again. Hopefully there will toilet paper in my room.

The staff was great and I loved the garden!

Um hotel limpo, sem barulho vindo da rua. Não tem frigobar, nem ar-condicionado nem cofre nos quartos. O café da manhã é razoável. Faltaram mais opções. Está bem localizado na zona 10 e mesmo andando à noite, não tivemos problemas. Está próximo a um grande centro comercial. Está próximo ao aeroporto.
