Everything perfect except the breakfast. It was for me like a 5 out of 10. Room and personal 10 of 10.

Nagyon kedves fogadtatásban részesültünk, mert magasabb kategóriás szobát ajánlottak fel. Szép tágasak a szobák, hatalmas ablakokkal és belmagassággal. A reggeli választék is megfelelő, egy kicsit a személyzetet lehetne a reggelinél képezni "viselkedés" szempontból.

Loved the room. Great decor and spacious.

The hotel room is clean and decent size and the bathroom and room are modern. The hotel is located down the street from the town center where there are food and shopping options. There is parking available onsite. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a positive experience. If your room is on the 4th floor, you have a small half window. This means that you have little sunlight and no view. Our a/c unit was broken - we informed the staff and the hotel was fully booked so there was no room to move to. We kept the window open all night and the room thermometer read 80 degrees F. It was very hot and uncomfortable. When I asked for a discount to make up for the inconvenience, they offered me $5 USD off the hotel price. However, they used a very poor exchange rate so even with the $5 discount, I paid a little more at the hotel for my room than what I was quoted on Hotels.com. The staff could not have been less helpful and cared less about the overly hot hotel room we had to sleep in. Otherwise, if the a/c was working, it would have been fine and we would not have needed to interact with the hotel staff.

Modern recently equipped hotel over 4 floors. Good variety for breakfast. Just a few very minor things, low soap in shower and sticky bathroom door. Room not serviced during stay.

Very pleasant and comfortable. Great room, great location, great staff. Great breakfast.
