Lit confortable et propre ,petit déjeuner très correct

Não pude me hospedar no hotel. Ao chegar ao hotel fui informado que a minha reserva feita em junho de 2018, por iniciativa do hotel havia sido transferida para outro hotel há 6 km de Oliveira do Bairro. A explicação dada foi que em vista do hotel ter extendido a estadia de um grupo de pessoas resolveu cancelar a minha reserva por livre e expontânea vontade, Não houve qualquer contato do hotel comigo evitando a minha ida a Oliveira do Bairro. Lamentável que isso tenha acontecido. A direção do hotel foi muito antipática com essa decisão. Tinha outras 3 datas com reserva no hotel e já as cancelei todas. TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Nunca passei por situação semelhante e com certeza Hotéis.com é parceira no acontecido Resumindo: LAMENTÁVEL

Not a 4 star, but great price for what it was!!!...

We booked this place because we saw it was a three star and based on the pictures published we though "wow" what a great price! We were very disappointed right from the get go. We were checked in by an elderly man that could not speak any English which is fine, but.... We went to our room which was nice and clean but the room was out of date and in poor condition. The breakfast was nothing to right home about but was the typical continental breakfast we had at every hotel we stayed at. We stayed for 2 nights only because we could not find another hotel in the area.
