There was this one server who was very helpful Through all the times. However, the housekeeping and room cleaning was not paid attention. We had specifically requested for change of towels after 2 days. And to clean the garbage cans, both at the reception and the room cleaning lady. But it wasn't done. Which was disappointing to use soiled towels for the 3/4 th day

Rent og pent. Veldig behagelige senger og god dusj. Noe sparsommelig middagsbuffet, men det som var der smakte godt. Men etter å ha vært der, forstår jeg godt hvorfor europeere lovpriser norsk hotellbuffet. Man blir tilvist et bord, og der må man sitte under og etter måltidene. Ingen mulighet for mingling.

It was in a very scenic part of the country. The staff was great and very friendly! Absolutely loved our stay and would go back anytime!

Obwohl 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht und bestätigt waren, wusste die Rezeption nur von 2 Erwachsenen. Sehr gut wurde reagiert und das passende Zimmer übergeben. Super.. die Fehlbuchung kreide ich der Buchungsplattform Expedia an.

Only thing was it was unusally hot while we were there and there is no A/C in the rooms. Luckily it cooled down at night so it was bearable

Lovely mountain lodge - beautiful setting. Breakfast included and could order dinner. Bar was available. We were there for Formula 1 Grand Prix - the room rate was a bit high.

Beautiful surroundings in the Ramsau valley! Good for families with spacious rooms, play area both indoor and outdoor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but otherwise very disappointed with the restaurant.
