I interacted with many staff members and all of them were like that, I didn't expect such kindness! Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we gehad en dat kwam mede door de eigenaars en de medewerkers maar ook door het mooie hotel en de ligging. En van het ontbijt tot en met het diner hebben wij gesmuld.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und die Mahlzeiten sehr ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Underbar utsikt och så serviceminded personal ! Vi älskade att bo på detta familjära och mysiga hotell. Bra parkering och det kändes så säkert och bra. Spa avdelningen är så fin. Mycket bra hotell som ligger på en topp. Mycket vackert.

Das ruhig gelegene Hotel in unmittelbarerer Nähe von finkenberg bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit dem hektischen Alltag zu entfliehen. Zur gondel wird man problemlos mit dem bus gebracht und kann den tag im recht hoch gelegenen Skigebiet genießen. Nach dem Tag auf der piste geht es nach einem kleinen snack in der Lobby in den ruhigen sowie neuen wellnessbereich. Beim Essen und auch ansonsten wurde man stets freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen selbst war gut. Die Frühstücksauswahl war groß.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub im Hotel Aussicht. Das Hotel ist genau wie beschrieben. Hervorzuheben ist die Nettigkeit der gesamten Familie und des Personals. Auch ein Kompliment an den Koch und sein Team. Es war jeden Tag sehr lecker.

Bijzonder gastvrij en vriendelijk mensen. Zeer goede keuken en een prima ontbijt.

If you want somewhere relaxing to stay, this is the place. Location is very satisfying when you want the most stunning view over mountain tops and Mayrhofen far below. And you can get that when eating breakfast on the terrace! We had a room "Talblick" which totally met up with the desciption on the website. Lovely room with a large balcony. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The fitness/sauna section were equally lovely, spacious, relaxing and most inviting.

We stayed at this hotel after hiking. It is a beautiful place with a very nice view over the valley. Dinner and breakfast were included. We paid about the same price for an horrible stay in a hut without hot water. It is close to a cable car so I guess it is an excellent choice for ski also.

Bra hotell för tidig skidåkning på glaciär. 15 min med bilen till liften. Trevlig personal.

Das Hotel, inklusive Essen und Personal kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr angenehm und sehr gepflegt.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles, was für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum Skifahren "notwendig" ist, war vorhanden (Skikeller, Heizung für Skischuhe, Sauna). Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Det här är en riktig pärla. Ett familjedrivet litet hotell med kunden i centrum. Härlig stämning, fantastisk vällagad mat och service och kundbemötande uti fingerspetsarna. Fantastisk utsikt över dalen och bergen men samtidigt en bit ifrån byarna i dalen.

We arrived at our originally booked hotel in the Zillertal at 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening only to find that it was closed. After Consulting with Hotels.com we were directed to the Ferienhotel Aussicht in Finkenberg. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the Aussicht was a much better choice. The Aussicht is located high above the village of Finkenberg, overlooking the Zillertal valley below. Although there are narrow lanes to traverse to get there, the property itself is spacious with plenty of onsite parking and beautiful views of the valley. The staff couldn't have been nicer, especially Bobo. We were assigned a large, clean, and comfortable room with 2 twin beds together, sofa, tables, mini fridge, large closets, large balcony overlooking the valley, and modern furniture and fixtures. We received a great 4 course dinner that evening and a hot & cold breakfast buffet the next morning, both included in the room price. All in all it was a great visit, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit the Zillertal area.
