Nice and clean hotel , but room was on the street and very noisy

Pokoj se sedacim koutem spise odpovida 3* - velikosti i nabytkem, alespon ve srovnani s jinymi 4* hotely jez jsme navstivili. Cili pomerove uroven vs. cena pro nas pokoj prilis neodpovida. Take poloha pokoje smerem do ulice neprispela nasemu celkovemu hodnoceni - hluk aut a krik nas nenechal relaxovat po celodennim lyzovani. Jinak ale kladne hodnotime veskery personal, mistni kuchyni, relax zonu, detsky koutek a moznosti pro lyzare - lyzarna, pujcovna, u hotelu primo zastavky skibusu.

A few things that could be improved upon. Make more than two keys per room . Keep lights on in hallways. Have food available for late night arrivals. More toiletries in the bathrooms and new beds, they were like sleeping on picnic benches. For the money it should be nicer. Breakfast was good and the 3 pm snacks were good.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Quality rentals on site and easy transport to the mountains. Everything but the room, which was dated and uncomfortable, was superb.

NIce hotel with very helpful staff, loved the spa area with lots of fresh chilled water and tea on demand!
