Fantastisk modtagelse og meget venlighed og meget imødekommende i receptionen, både ved ind- og udtjekning. Mindre hørlig betjening i baren, hvor det virkede som om, personalet havde alt for travlt med et selskab, tal at de kunne/ville betjene de "almindelige" gæster. Fantastisk område og dejlig natur.

The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. The view from the room is spectacular and the area around the hotel very quiet. The breakfasts offered many different options, and the dinners were truly exquisite, prepared nightly by the owner's son, a junior chef...all at an affordable price. The hotel offers a beautiful wellness center and stunning views of the mountains while relaxing after a trip to the sauna or steam room. Be prepared though as it's their custom to elect not to wear towels or bathrobes in that part of the wellness area. Check-out went smoothly as well, and they even gave us a parting gift...very nice gesture. As for any downside, there is no coffee preparation area and no personal refrigerator in the room. Lastly, the Warth area is really for skiers and although we don't ski, we booked the hotel anyways. We had a great time relaxing, walking/hiking trails, snow sledding, and taking in all the beauty that is Austria. Note: ski lessons are available, but we decided to stay grounded...lol. Delightful, immaculate hotel! Food is delicious with an interesting and varied menu. Great selection of excellent quality wines. Staff are amazing - very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Our room was spacious with spectacular views. Atmosphere is relaxed. Can’t wait to return.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel mit super herzlichem Personal, großzügigen Zimmern, einem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich und tollem Essen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

The welcome to the hotel was lovely. I was on my own and made to feel very welcome, with the other guests I had a fun time. The dinners were great quality and the wine choice as offered by Simon were of the highest standard. The Hotel was very clean and had everything anyone would have wanted. Being 100 yard from the gondola it was very easy and quick to get to the slopes. The actual skiing at Warth was superb, with a good variety of difficult and easy runs. I would confirm that I would recommend the Hotel Walserberg to everyone.

The Walserberg is a lovely family run hotel in the Arlberg. The location, lodging staff and food were all superb. We will return.

Wir haben 2 Doppel Zimmern gebucht. Diese waren im UG1 eines war sehr düster und neben dem seitlichen Ausgang, wo immer geraucht und gequatscht wurde (Lärm + Gestank). Das essen war gut - aber beim Stroganoff mit 2 Fleischstücken sehr dürftig. Sonst sehr freundliches von der Familie Walch geführtes Hotel.

Das Abendessen könnte besser sein, teilweise ausgezeichnet, teilweise eher schlecht, da eher für Gourmetbegeisterte geeignet . Mein 14-jähriger Sohn hat das Kindermenü schließlich vorgezogen, da die Gourmetküche nicht sein Ding war. Frühstück und Salatbar waren sehr lecker. Zimmer lag unter der Küche und war sehr laut und hellhörig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Lärm war nicht zumutbar.
