Our host was most helpful. Great stay.

Cute property with loads of charm in very central area. The staff is not onsite so codes are sent to guests. Was not able to reach staff with some questions but it was fine as it wasnt a drama. Just make sure all your questions are answered before you check in as its a self-serve property.

We booked and paid for a king room and ended up with a queen room.

Lovely old property. Great location.

Riversleigh was lovely the old historic building was wonderful and outfitted beautifully however there was a lunatic across the road in Norton street who played loud music late at night and very early morning around 4am this ruined our stay unfortunately.

The place was old school charming & Erica was a gracious host. Great location. Highly recommend it.

Access to a kitchen space was a bonus, as was a large lounge room area

Upgraded to the New York room we were very happy with the comfort... spoil yourself & stay here to enjoy the 1880s way of life... great bed, lovely bathroom, a verandah from which you can breath in the sea air...

A real 'Hidden Treasure'! Wonderful ambience, and restored to a very high standard of authenticity and cleanliness. Convenientlyclose to the river, shopping centre etc.Highly recommended. Our recommendation to a neighbour has them planning a stay.

Lovely place, basic but very clean. It very much self serve but if you had to call the staff they were extremely helpful.

My room was wonderful, the bed so comfy. However, I would have liked to have spare blankets available

We loved the balcony off our room. Loved meeting Alfie the dog. The property had a very warm and welcoming feel.

The guesthouse is a really beautiful old house, but that means less insulation. It is located next to a major through road, and guests in other rooms are easily heard. In sum: if you are after a quiet stay, this is not the place. However, there is beautiful scenery (and silen e) only a few minutes away. My room was big and spot clean. The Molton Brown toiletries partially replaced by refillable IKEA bottles. The Sydney feel as per the booking site was more like Bali. Wi-Fi was good. The TV did not work (wind?). The host welcoming and friendly.

The ambiance of an older building but with modern amenities makes it special. However, as can be expected sound travels between rooms which can be a little disconcerting. Wifi strentgh was weak.
