Justin was a great host, the kids loved the games room and I relived my teenage days for a while as well. We traveled from western Queensland and noticed the room was clean,neat, quiet, the beds were comfortable which all made for a good night sleep. Well done.

Justin has certainly set the bar high in ensuring customer satisfaction. His Acacia Motel in Chinchilla was a wonderful tonic after a long day behind the wheel. The brightly coloured and individually themed rooms are mood enhancing, the service and attention to detail (eg fresh water from a cooler) was exceptional and the super comfortable Koala mattress allowed me to have an incredibly relaxing sleep. I’ve already sent videos to family and friends.

This motel is EPIC! Fantastic service, like I've never seen at a motel before! The owner of the Acacia Motel in Chinchilla does not take his guests for granted. Unique stay nearby to pubs, restaurants and shops with courtesy bus. Each room of the motel has a different theme with lots of effort put into each one

Justin made us very welcome and took the time to explain the various themed rooms and facilities. Our room was Isabella’s Library which was perfect for us as my husband and I are avid readers. The decor of the room showed off the theme perfectly. We will definitely stay there again. Justin advised we could ask for the same room so we could finish any books we were reading.

The Acacia is a quirky, fun & friendly little motel with Justin, the owner & manager, also all of the above. Whether you are 7 or 70, just passing through or staying a few nights, you will find the Acacia interesting, clean & comfortable. Arguably the most entertaining & best value for money stay in Queensland!

Super friendly welcome - I got to stay in the themed ocean room with beach vibes on every wall. There is also a free arcade room where you can play various games and enjoy a lollipop or 2.

Justin was really friendly on arrival and showed us to our themed room. What a surprise!! Room was great. Very clean and nicely set out. Bed was really comfortable and price was fantastic. Would definitely stay again when in Chinchilla.

Place is spotless very well cleaned, great amenities, comfortable bed, quality shower. Everything is new or just looked after so well it looks new. Excellent wifi and reasonable prices. Will be staying here again

Justin is a exceptional host who really takes pride in providing the best motel in chinchilla, The room was super clean 10/10 and the games room is really cool. I would highly recommend staying here when your're in Chinchilla, it is walking distance to alot of good food and convient stores.

The whole motel is a huge experience like no other. Themed rooms, community games and movie room, clean, very comfortable and well under priced for the value you get here. I will never stay anywhere else in chinchilla.

Owner goes above and beyond to put the customer first, very passionate motel owner. Will definitely return there. Beds are top range, place was spotless and clean. Towels soft, clean, and fresh smelling, not of bleach.

Justin went above & beyond to make our stay at Acacia as comfortable as he possibly could. I can't rate Justin's friendliness, compassion & overall wonderfulness any higher, if I could, I'd give him 100 stars!! The rooms were AMAZING, each one carefully designed to suit a particular theme & need, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ❤️
