Great cozy place to stay for a group of people. Julie was extremely helpful and we loved Zapper the dog's company.

Loved the location. Was quiet and the garden surrounds were in full Autumn colour

Cozy cabin, with all the essentials, nice touches like cooking basics and chocolates. Enjoyed having the space of the garden., welcoming staff.

The place is desserted and super quiet. The garden is full of rubbish and over grown. Other than meeting the receptionist for 10 minutes when checking in we had not seen any staff at all. Absolutely no service for the two days we stayed. For the price we paid we could have stayed in a 5 star resort in the area. The receptionist wouldn't even see us when we depart .

Lovely peaceful location, within 30 min walk to Bright. Easy access and the chalet is like living in a tiny home. Staff were easy going and communication was good. Thanks

Lovely, quiet chalet overlooking the golf course. Well appointed and comfortable. Only stayed two nights but we really enjoyed it

Quiet and private in a lovely setting. Everything we needed was there. Bright was at its best with the autumn colours. Loved the canyon walk.

The Chalets are cosy, warm and well maintained, nestled in beautiful gardens surrounded by nature. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful

Liked- given upgrade to petfriendly room at no extra cost, much appreciated.Lovely accom. Not like- arrival - as office not open after 4pm & difficult to find directions, but finally sorted & had a pleasant stay.
