I specifically Chose This accommodation As It advertised payment on arrival. I was frustrated and upset on arrival to be told by reception our booking was being canceled due to my credit card not being "valid". I Use a Load and Go Visa for Hotel bookings on A Regular Basis And This Is The First accommodation Provider To refuse A booking. I Had To Contact A Relative To Arrange Another Credit Card For "security" purposes. The room was a very poor example of 1980's take on Victorian Era Decoration. The Ensuite Bathroom Was In Grave Need Of Re Decoration. The mattress also needed replacing In My opinion as It Felt Like It Had Been Around Many Years Too Long. Now For The Noise. If You Love A Flock Of Birds To Wake You At Day Break This Is The Place To Stay.

Love the old feel about the place not posh but very comfortable would stay here again breakfast was fantastic nice start to your day. It was great to be in the centre of things. Bed was a little hard if you are use to a soft one. Flat screen tv was good for viewing.
