Perfect studio size for two the spa was a bonus and after hours of hiking very welcome , clean & comfortable

Don’t book this place. Their serves is terrible! I booked this place recently May 2026 for my parents as a gift for my mum’s birthday. However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her. Mum called back again but no one picked up. This experience ruined mum’s day and they left without checking in and I was charged by the accomodation anyway despite trying to contact them to cancel the booking after this incident occurred!!! When I called Expedia to contact the accomodation to get a refund, the accomodation did not respond to email or phone calls. When Expedia finally got though, the accomodation claimed that my parents used the wrong number to contact them, which is false because they used the contact number provided by the accomodation directly in their multiple messages to us, and it was included in their message’s letterhead with their business address and details and it was the only contact number provided. I have never ever experienced this level of rude and bad service in my life. And the level of arrogance and shifting of responsibility onto customer with out even and apology after the incident occurred is atrocious!!!!

Met our needs. However the bathroom had a bulbs missing from the light fitting, under the microwave was filthy and we only had a single water glass.

The batch room needs urgent attention as the handwash basin unit starts to disintegrate. Also, the ventilation appears to be rather poor as the bathroom smells musty. The floor lamp switch is faulty The hot water kettle does not boil the water, and it also makes the water taste very bad. The tv didn't work because there was no signal - internet connection problem. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room. Close to Main Street.

We had issues with the wifi and when we messaged for assistance, got zero response. The downstairs bathroom had no hooks or rails for towels and it had a strong smell of honey. We kept finding bees in the room and on the sheets. We ended up sleeping on the floor upstairs. light switches that didn't work, and the dish rack for drying dishes was moudly. The floors were not well cleaned... There were large dust clumps etc.

Room lovely but more attention could be given to some of the finer points (only one wineglass, one bowl and no teaspoons. Freezer needed defrosting so was not efficient, dust on top of microwave). Operating instructions for pod machine would be helpful. Appreciated early check in.

Spa awesome, very comfortable bed, room great Usual upgrades need doing and spring clean of mould, cob webs general dust areas. Otherwise lovely

not easily found for strangers to the area, hard to find unit, no instructions on line or at the venue, pick i know but after a long day it might have been nice.

Stayed one night in a spa room. The location is a bit of a walk out of town, we drove into town for dinner. The room was cozy but the musty smell & mould spores on the walls of the bathroom were quite uncomfortable. When we turned on the heater/aircon the smell got worse. I noticed that the aircon was covered in dust, I had to clean the filters which were an inch thick with dust…rather gross. The bed was comfortable & there were some crockery/cutlery & a microwave for self catering. The 2 ‘wine glasses’ were plastic & stemless & only one drinking glass was there. We sat outside on the outdoor setting for a pre dinner drink which was nice. We had a spa, which was clean & worked well, but for us to stay again it would need a bit of a spruce up.

I loved the spacious spa bath. The bed was lovely and comfy. The room was quiet and in close proximity to the main street of Daylesford. Considering I only booked it 2 days before I was impressed by the cost and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very comfortable - private, secure and modern. The room was great, it was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Easy 10 minute walk to cafes so close to everything in and around Daylesford. I would definitely recommend, staying again
