Good stay Staff a bit cold but it’s not a major hotel chain Carpet needs clean as it was sticky but the rest was clean Kettle needs to be change as very old

Clean room, great staff and easy parking. That was all I needed.

Ex motel. Bed comfortable, plenty of bright lights. Hot water very hot. Big shower with a non- slip mat for in the shower. Clean. Didn’t use air conditioner. Bedside lights easy to turn on (touch light).

Booked a double bed and a sofa bed, but only got a king.

The room clean, tidy and just the right size for one or two people. Air conditioning worked well as did the tv. Grateful that the room had an iron too! The owners were kind, helpful and respectful of my privacy. Great location, easy to find. I have already planned my next stay!

Yes Great air conditioner. I had to leave early due to heat and bushfire risk.

Comfortable and well furnished room but needs general maintenance as shower door would not open and towels rail is not secure. Comfortable nights sleep

Value for money, convienient to town centre

This property is just average; high price for what it is. Outside area outside our door was untidy and dirty; no safety lighting after dark. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Pleasantly clean for an older style build. Just needs a bit of airing to remove stale air

Clean nice staff and free parking. Very close to the main road would be a disadvantage due to the traffic.

Clean Comfortable good place to stay

All good. Just watch out for the ramp outside the entrance. I hit it with my rear tyre when leaving (flat tyre with damaged side wall!!)

I stayed for 2 nights and was very disappointed to find when we returned at the start of the second night, our room had not been serviced. Wet towels were still on the floor where we left them and the beds were unmade. When I asked the manager why our room had not been serviced, he replied that his cleaner had arrived late that morning. Not a good enough excuse, when he was busily sitting and watching tv when I went to the office. The tea, coffee and hot chocolate was not replenished, and when we arrived we found only one hot chocolate sachet which is unacceptable when the room houses 3 people. A double bed and a single bed means 3 guests, but there was only sufficient crockery for two. Sorry, but I will not be returning.

The only issue was the fridge made a very loud sound multiple times during the night.
