Staff are not very polite. You have nothing other than a bed and a lamp in the rooms. We got some donuts and coffee that were stale and coffee was horrible. Staff also has very limited English. The morning staff didn’t speak any English. VERY hard to communicate. I wouldn’t return.

Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt, obwohl das nicht vereinbart gewesen war. Die Taxis wollten die Fahrt wegen der kurzen Strecke nicht übernehmen, der Manager holte uns ab und war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden auch am nächsten Tag um 04.45 Uhr gratis wieder zum Flughafen gebracht.

It's an ideal hotel for early morning flights from Charleroi Airport as they provide a free shuttle service from early morning. The room was small but adequate. The staff were helpfull.

O hotel está em condições de habitabilidade mas necessita de remodelação. O pessoal foi muito atencioso e dedicado. O shuttle para o aeroporto é uma mais-valia considerável.

Perfect hotel for early morning flight departure. Free airport shuttle is key. Small, clean property. Polite reception. Compact room with everything you need for a good night’s sleep. Minimal dining within walking distance, but has a convenience store across the street.

Small hotel near airport with shuttel bus included. Note that if you stay on Monday only place to get food in take out pizzeria ( with very good and friedly service). This pizzeria ans small supermarket only places open.

The hotel provided an airport transfer that was very convenient for us as we have an early flight. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and they have A/C (you just have to ask the front desk).

Had a cancelled flight so had to stay here in readiness for early morning flight the next day! What a find, lovely and clean with great staff and nice rooms They also take you to the airport the next day - if you are ever stuck guys! This is a great place

L'hôtel est bien entretenu et de même pour la chambre qui est spacieuse et confortable. Le gérant est accueillant et souriant. Je recommande ce lieu.

Hemos estado muy bien en la habitación cuádruple que nos dieron. Muy limpia y silenciosa. El servicio de traslado se agradece. Llegamos a las 23:00h y nos vinieron a buscar. Al día siguiente nos llevaron nuevamente al aeropuerto para recoger el coche de alquiler. La cercanía al aeropuerto unos 10 minutos. Muy bien. Volvería a repetir.
