Clean room nice place . I liked the location

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. Many items in the kitchen didn’t appear to be properly cleaned, which made it uncomfortable to use. Basic supplies were also lacking — only two rolls of toilet paper, one bin liner, and no essentials like salt or pepper were provided. On top of that, the 9am checkout felt unnecessarily early compared to the standard 10am most accommodations offer. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations and could be improved with better attention to detail and guest convenience.

The property was clean and tidy. We had a ocean view and staff were very friendly. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Great location, great value

Absolutely loved our stay at Rainbow Bay Resort. The location is incredible — not far from the beach and could still see the surfer line-up from our side apartment. It has a very relaxed and a peaceful vibe. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and outdoor areas. Everything felt well looked after, and it made for a truly relaxing stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the owners are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Clean room great staff

Managers Brendan and Kylie were great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and had great views of Rainbow Bay. We have no reservations recommending Rainbow Bay Resort to family, friends and anyone looking for a great holiday destination.

Overall it was adequate for our stay seeing we booked last minute. Staff were excellent, but the room was very tired and needed a renovation.

It was a very easy check in & stay. RBR are brilliant @ making things easy & convenient. I arrived late on check in day. This was no problem & there were easy to follow instructions to get to unit. Heading out to th beach th next day was a simple process of following th signs. Cheers RBR! It was a very relaxing holiday

Great location, comfortable, friendly service

Our apartment was next to a construction site and they started work at 6.00 in the morning and the noise from that site was horrendous. Had a headache every time they worked. Could not recommend this place to anyone while site is being built. They haven’t even started the building yet still working on foundations

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with reception was outstanding. Definitely would stay again

Kylie and Brendan, the managers, couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Their responses were always quick and accurate. The resort is close to two shopping centres and has many options for dinner, coffee or walk along the beach or walkway. The room were large and tastefully decorated. Love our stay even though there was a bit of building noise next door. But building everywhere on Gold Coast! Thank you Kylie and Brendan

Susan is a great hostess

The staff were very lovely! And the room was clean and very nice area! When we ran out of toiletries we got give more! Would definitely stay here again! Had bored games for guest to use and a full stack of books! Very good place to stay!
