Good stay! Very comfortable bed, nice room with a proper breakfast. The hotel is quite beautiful inside. For my taste, perhaps except for the casino on ground floor.

Staff at front counter were especially helpful and responsive. Restaurant waiter who handled my orders was highly professional and helpful. Restaurant was rather large and lacked intimacy but otherwise was attractive and the food choices and quality was of a high standard.

Valet service was excellent, we had our two motorcycles parked next to main entrance. Receptionist was informative and polite. Room was ok and air conditioned. Breakfast was ok.

Assolutamente non 4 stelle , al massimo 3 ed a questo punto il prezzo troppo caro , personale hotel gentilissimo , servizio al Casino allucinante , maleducati !

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ovviamente quando si trova un'offerta intorno ai 50-60€ per notte. L'hotel è in pieno centro a Nova Gorica, parcheggio incluso non ampio, bell'ingresso simil Las Vegas dove il casinò arriva praticamente fino alla porta, musica diffusa in sottofondo, camere piccole ma comode con un buon letto. Wi-Fi ben funzionante e incluso, buona colazione. Unico difetto: condizionamento rumoroso in camera.

Albergo con clientela interessata esclusivamente al Casinò. Le camere sono vecchie con moquette consumata e arredamento vetusto. Ai limiti della decenza. Unica nota positiva la cortesia del personale.

Had a day's work in Nova Gorica so the Park, a short walk from the bus station, was perfect. Also a short walk from Italy, the hotel is half casino – the same as its sister, the Pearl. Spacious room comfortable, equipped with a bathtub and working WiFi. Guests may take advantage of the luxuriant spa and pool at the Pearl 7min walk away – excellent complex, different saunas, rain showers, two jacuzzis, large and often empty pool. Breakfast at the Park an extensive buffet spread for sleepless gamblers and yours until 11am. Mention must be made of the extremely helpful receptionist who took the trouble to look up all kinds of information for me. Genuinely a lovely hotel, better than most to be found on or near Slovenia's coast and border area with Italy.

Alla reception non risultava la mia prenotazione online. Dopo tanti miei solleciti ho ottenuto una camera allo stesso prezzo ma con bagno per disabili. La stanza comunque è stata confortevole e pulita. I canali tv comprendono anche quelli italiani. La prima colazione è stata ricca ma i dolci non mi sembravano buoni e genuini.
