Hôtel bien placé pour les excursions en mer *, et calme malgré le trafic routier qui s'arrête pratiquement la nuit. L'hôtel a vieilli, mais les lits utilisés sont confortables - climatisation individuelle bruyante. Nous avons eu un problème avec la chambre, rapidement réglé par une autre, personnel réactif. Le menu du restaurant est asiatique . (Quelques restaurant agréables en ville) ; et le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas son prix ; Mieux vaut le faire avec le thé et le café à disposition dans la chambre et s'approvisionner a l'épicerie à quelques centaines de mètres. Malgré ces réserves 2 jours agrébles * avant de payer une excursion faire un tour au débarcadère et interroger ceux qui débarquent ...

They said breakfast was available, but we went to eat at 8 and although the restaurant said it was open, the doors were locked, it was very frustrating as then we had to find another place to eat

We had a great 1 week stay, and have zero complaints! I’ve stayed here in the past (6+ years ago) and was happy that my second experience at this hotel was just as good as my first. The room was lovely, bright, and clean, and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a stunning lake and trail access in the back, and in perfect walking distance, along with free parking! Will definitely stay here again when we return (hopefully) soon!

Pas grand chose, il est situé immédiatement après l’arrivée du bateau (le traversier), vous devrez marcher environ 10min pour aller jusqu’au (mini) centre de Tadoussac. Petit mais très beau. L’hôtel en lui même est vieillissant, c’est clairement un motel. Les murs, portes, fenêtres ont vecu et ça se voit. La nuit nous avions un rongeur qui se déplaçait dans une cloison de la chambre. Selon la gérante c’était un écureuil mais j’ai de gros doutes. Nous avions un climatiseur mobile dans la chambre. Il prenait une place assez importante vu la petite chambre et ne servait à rien à cette période. Eau chaude ok, chauffage ok.

Stayed at this hotel in Tadoussac recently and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the ferry which made travel easy. The room was comfortable, though the heating/cooling from the vent did not seem very strong and we were not fully sure if it was working properly. It did not affect us too much since we didn’t need to use it heavily during our stay. One small suggestion would be to provide an oven or microwave in the room for added convenience, although it was not mentioned in the listing so this is only a recommendation. Overall, the place was good and the location was definitely a plus.

La chambre était bien, mais sans plus. En rentrant dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur désagréable, on a dû aérer un peu. La chambre était propre mais vieillot. On a pas bien dormi car on entendait fortement les bruits de pats et de voix de la chambre du haut, qui était réveillé tôt c’était vraiment désagréable, surtout que nous avions de la route devant nous. Des fiches indiquaient avant que le petit déjeuner était payant, mais maintenant il est intégré dans le prix de la chambre et encore heureux! Ne vous attendez pas à grand chose pour le petit déjeuner, seul du café, quelques tartines et des pots de confitures de fraises vous sont servis avec des céréales. Même le beurre était en petite quantité, comme si le propriétaire voulais minimiser les coûts.

There was definitely a language barrier. Nothing that I needed to sign regarding my pet agreement of terms was in English and the man at the desk didn’t attempt to explain and just kept telling me that I needed to sign it. After a long drive we were happy to be able to take a bath, until we saw the tub walls. There were units with kitchen appliances plugged in outside with extension cords and indoor power bars. It was a place to stay along the way but I think the next time I’ll plan my route to avoid staying there. The price did not make up for the inadequacies. The light outside the unit door was burnt out and the area not well illuminated .

my stay at hotel motel George’s was ok before I would rate it 5 stars until we had to pay 5$ every day for break fast and our coffe machine was broken 6$ for water bottles was absolutely insane on top of that we unfortunately had to wait for our ride and we weren’t able to check out on time so they charged us 10$ each hour it was a total of 70$ so it was high way robbery our hotel was already 632$ so over all it was an ok experience we got screwed so next year we will not be taking this hotel they really need to upgrade every thing service how it works every thing also I don’t recommend eating at le bateau food was awful service was awful
