Our experience at Omstead’s on Erie was amazing, my friend, daughter and I are still talking about it. First off, the home was so well decorated, every carefully selected item has a story and the stories were amazing, all this with a great view of Lake Erie. Margo and Keith are great hosts, they provided us with many great local recommendations for dinner and Margo treated us to locally sourced fancy breakfasts. We will definitely be going back!

The hosts are amazing wonderful people, we advised them that we would be leaving incredibly early and not to worry about us. Instead Margo was up at 4:30 am packing us a meal to go, fresh muffins, juice, yogurt, etc. it is a beautiful place, spotless and very close to all spots we were trying to get to. There was nothing that needed improvement, a perfect night!

Great bed and breakfast, hosted by the Omsteads. The vintage decor is supported by great modern touches (lights in the right places), and an amazing location on the shores of Lake Erie. The breakfast is a highlight - great coffee, amazing, freshly made food and a great combination of fresh flavours. Margo and Keith are great local hosts, who treat you like family. You arrive as strangers and leave like great friends.

Margot and Keith were the perfect hosts. The breakfasts were unique and very tasty (you can ask for "normal" breakfasts (English, Continental, etc), if you wish.

The house was in an excellent location on the shore of Lake Erie. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Keith and Margo are the perfect hosts . Margo is an excellent cook and our breakfasts were truly an experience both visually and of course delicious !!! Location on the lake is so serene . They made us feel like we were at home 😊

My sister and I stayed at Omstead's On Erie and we absolutely loved this place. The place is very peaceful and the hosts (Margo & Keith) are so friendly.

Omstead's B&B is located at a beautiful waterfront cottage with a scenic view of Lake Erie. Private beach and large backyard garden are yours to enjoy during your stay. The backyard is facing east so it is also a perfect location to experience sunrise. With warm-hearted hosts serving gourmet breakfast, you will enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable stay of your trip. There is nothing to complain. We'd like to thank Margo and Keith for their wonderful hospitality and hope to stay in their lovely cottage again during our next trip.

We had a fabulous time. Hosts were amazing and generous. Although weather did not permit us to follow our plan exactly, our hosts helped us make the best of our stay!

This was the greatest chance find I’ve ever made. Had been looking for a place to stay in the region, but nothing was available at a reasonable price. This BnB has a mystical feel to it, very serene and peaceful. You are dotted on from the moment you arrive, but not smothered. It feels like going to visit your favourite aunt and uncle for a night, or for however long you stay.

This is a lovely and quiet property with incredibly gracious hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to sit lakeside on a cool summer evening, being treated to local food delights, and feeling welcomed like friends. We'd recommend to anyone!

The location was perfect, on the shore of Lake Erie. There’s several areas outside to rest and visit by the lake. The hot breakfasted were out of this world! And the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Margot and Keith are the quintessential hosts. They have a wonderful home and they have an amazing backyard and patio that hugs Lake Erie's shoreline. The breakfast would win a prize in a gourmet cooking magazine. My wife and I have travelled around the world and this is, by far, without a doubt, the VERY BEST BNB we have ever stayed at. Thank you Margot and Keith for making our stay so relaxing, so welcoming and so easy. We will stay with you again, that's for sure!
