Reception has very strong bad smell. No hot water. Price considered very high compared to other motels with similar level.

Everything was good!

Very friendly staff/owners. Very clean. Stayed here 5 days a week for a couple months. One time I was late in booking, they called me, to see if I needed a room. Went out of their way to make sure I had my room for the week. Great room rates for the area. Highly recommend!!

Our room was nice and quiet for sleeping. Our check in was pleasant and smooth. Clean room. We stayed for two nights and all went well.

This is a good place to stay. I stay there everytime I am in Chatham.

Colonial motel was a good place to stay and we would go back again. We are parents with a pre teenager. The motel was clean, the beds comfortable. We felt safe and it was quiet. It suited the needs of our family.

Was very good

Way cleaner than other motels. Quiet and the beds were so comfortable. Felt like a cloud in the family bedroom 2 of the beds that is. The 3rd bed was also good. Will rebook at this motel from here on. The tv was standing which was great to use a Roku stick. Very pleased indeed overall. The owner lady was very pleasant. I really liked her. I recommend colonial motel. Thank you.

Very comfortable bed after long week of work very quiet easy to sleep

Reasonable and affordable country Motel, some rough trade though. Okay, ample parking, and close to town.

Looked very plain from the road. Room was fine and price was very reasonable. Not sure how the billing worked, questioned it but didn't understand the answer given. Half collected at time of booking on Expedia but was handed a receipt for the full amount when checked in.

For an older property, it was clean and the the operator showed pride in their work ethic.

The room was clean and inviting. The area was clean and well kept. Long term tenants were friendly and welcoming, quick to answer any questions about the area. Noise from work going on next door was a bit annoying and the A/C not cooling properly. Overall experience is 9.5 out of 10.

Pretty well maintained for an old building. The cleanness is over other hotels at similar prices. Only downside for me is no hairdryer in the room.
