Minutes from central station and 24 hour reception was manned by friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Spotless and newly renovated.

Location is right next to the station. The station is a really unsafe area, even in the daytime. It’s like a ghetto with drug dealers, addicts and many dodgy people. Waited 10 minutes at reception because the receptionist was away having a break. Hallways smell badly. Room was small. Bed was small. Floors were not clean. Walls had stains. Mould and cobwebs in the shower. Outside the window there was a recurring droning noise every 5 seconds. Airco remote control was screwed to the wall which meant it was not possible to adjust the fan speed. As for this being a ‘design’ hotel, well that must be ironic. It looks and feels cheap and there is no consistency in the design at all. Avoid this area and this hotel.

Es war ein gute Lage

nice place to stay in and very convenient to rail & tram, however the area around didn't feel safe with various groups of males congregating close by. Our wives definately didn't feel safe. Otherwise nice enough hotel and comfortable to stay in

Just in front of the Luxembourg Train Station. Clean room. Interior decoration is great.

Convenient location very near the train station but also some suspicious people hanging around in the neighborhood. It was hot in the room because air conditioning was so loud that you couldn't keep it on. But on the other hand, the price was moderate.

The best thing I liked about the property is the location.

It's nearby and convenient to the Train Station and public transportation. Very helpful to the tourists.

The Hotel is in a central part of LUX. Everything is walking around possibly. The room was good.

Convinent location

Lage am Bahnhof super, Zustand überwiegend auch, aber Mängel im Detail: am Waschbecken Kaltwasser immer handwarm und nur als Rinnsaal, sowie Geruch nach Abwasser im Bad (aus dem Duschablauf). Service freundlich und alles sehr sauber, aber Shampoo war leer, und man war technisch nicht in der Lage, eine zweite Schlüsselkarte auszugeben.

Nous connaissons cet hôtel a deux pas de la gare et du parking et y revenons. Tout confort et moderne, il est un parfait pied-à-terre pour se promener à Luxembourg City. Très bien insonorisé, il est très calme en plein quartier gare centrale, nous y reviendrons !

For people coming/going to Luxembourg on the train, the hotel can't be any better located, it is literally across the road from the front entrance to the train station, about 3mins walk if you catch the lights wrong. There seems to have been a few updates to the place since they added their page here, the "hotel restaurant" now seems to be a sushi/bobun restaurant, when I came in on Saturday evening the smell of Asian food was quite strong in the reception area as the connecting door to the restaurant was open, and the receptionist had actually to close the hall door on at least the 1st floor so the smell didn't get down to the rooms. I didn't go for the breakfast so I'm not sure what the layout is at breakfast time. The rooms themselves were quite nice, with a bit more space than I'm used to in France. Their definition of "en suite" for the bathroom is stretching it a bit though, the only part of the bathroom that is separate to the main room is literally the toilet itself, and the sink and shower are in the main room. When you are sitting on the bed, you are literally looking straight at the clear glass doors of the shower stall! This is definitely not a hotel room for 2 friends sharing, or two people who aren't totally 100% comfortable with knowing everything about each other. I have been in many hotel rooms in my life, and this is the first time I've ever seen this layout.

隣のビルが工事中で、入り口がわかりにくかったですが、とても便利な場所で、室内も快適で清潔でした。シャワーがガラス張りで、驚きましたが、水が漏れない作りで驚きました。 シャワーもまったく、詰まりも漏れもなく、完璧なコンディションです。 充電を直接できるものがあるともっと良いです。 スタッフの方々も親切でした。ありがとうございました。
