The staff were friendly and nice. The hotel was close to the train station and most attractions. The Christmas market is beside the hotel and the Cologne Cathedral.

Good location near the train station. Room was clean, shower was good. If I found myself in the city again, I'd stay here.

Excellent location; main train station is across the street. Shops, eateries and supermarket are within walking distance.

AC is not available, during booking they should have inormed me that ac so be kept off. By leaving the widow open the noise of the city was disturbing.

Very good - large clean room, good bed, excellent bathroom & shower. 6th floor - good lift, fortunately. Quiet. No public rooms, nor restaurant. Both unnecessary. Staff helpful & polite. If we return to Luxembourg, will book again. However - USB sockets in room would be a good idea. Small beef - we had adaptors.

La tenue de l'hôtel est impeccable, le personnel aussi mais la rue située face à la gare , est très bruyante il y a un bar sous les fenêtres des chambres qui donnent sur la rue ; on ne peut tenir la porte fenêtre fermée car entre 20:00 et 3:00 la temperature monte à 25 degres et lorsqu'on a demandé comment fonctionne la climatisation on nous a répondu pas besoin ouvrez seulement la porte fenêtre

The staff were friendly and approachable. The room is small and bed is comfortable. The property is in a great location with plenty to see and do and restaurants. Train and trams are literally 70 meters away. Road construction on the corner ourside the hotel was a big negative but will be done soon by the look of things.
