Older hotel but has been remodeled-pleasant and clean.

It’s a charming place full of character! It is not a new hotel but it’s wonderful to look out your room door to a little garden and the deer passing through! Quiet and relaxing with a cottage like feel! We will definitely be back!!!!!

convenient to downtown

We loved our stay here. Its a wonderful location to the water front, even the deers come and greet you.

Great place to stay and play!!

We stayed at Picket Fence on on September 7th and September 17th, 2025. Our host was gracious and the check-in went smoothly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed seeing some of the local deer grazing in the yard. We hope to see you again on return trips to the maritimes.

It looks so have been recently remodeled. Very clean and spotless bathroom. It was a quick ride to the historic downtown area where you found plenty of shops and places to eat. Tim Hortons was only a five minute walk around the corner.
