Was nice little cabin

When I check in on 3:00pm the staff said my room not ready, late give me a wrong room,When I check out I ask her everything is done? She said yes not give me the recipe initiative, late I ask for recipe she give me the price is different from my yesterday authorized price, I booking two rooms, she give the other room different price receipt. I feel very bad.

Great hotel. Full service bar and restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable. Wish it was a king sized bed. But great just the same!!

Great Hotel

Quaint old hotel. Room was clean. Window air conditioner is very loud. Outside area is not very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Cute cabins. Sort of disappointed about not having a working stove. This isn’t a fancy place but it worked for 2 adults and a big dog.

We stayed in one of the cabins, and enjoyed our week long stay. We found the he hotel restaurant to be one of the best in the area. The cabins however not so much. They are in need of upgrading. The kitchenette is the worst. The electric range has been disabled and left in place like a junker car left in the driveway. The other appliances are cheap bottom of the line units. An absolute minimum of dishes and flatware is provided. The beds are lumpy, squeaky and slope to the sides. All The cabin is just skimpy on amenities. The absolute bare minimum is provided, and the quality is bargain basement. We will call first before booking another stay .

Nous avions réservé un chalet plusieurs mois à l'avance pour 3 nuits en précisant que nous souhaitions un chalet au calme à l'arrière et non à l'entrée sur le parking. A notre arrivée, on nous a attribué un chalet... à l'entrée du parking. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a dit que plusieurs chalets étaient vacants, mais qu'il faudrait changer de chalet chacune des 3 nuits pour être sur l'arrière de l'hôtel... Elle était très peu concernée, plus accaparée par son téléphone portable que par notre demande. De même quand nous sommes venues lui dire que le réseau wi-fi n'était pas opérationnel dans notre chalet (contrairement à ce que mentionne la réservation). Les chambres sont sombres, correctement équipées (malgré plusieurs prises défectueuses), mais surtout très mal insonorisées (nous avons entendu notre voisin ronfler et tousser toute la nuit). En résumé, nous avons connu des hôtels plus accueillants avec un meilleur rapport qualité-prix...

Love their nostalgic style property. Wooden floor and carpet.

It is a great convenient and clean place, right in the center of Dawson City. We checked in after 8 pm, and tried to find the restaurant. In this hotel, there is the restaurant onsite which made us feel so good where we just sit in for our delicious dinner.

Staff at the hotel were great, Dawson City was great. So unique and very friendly. The room was clean and everything we needed, the laundry facilities were great.
