Clean room but for me the bed was too hard . The hot water took a very long time to get hot and had a funny smell

Towels were thin and cheap. Only one coffee cup. By second shower, water was lukewarm

It was a bed. And it smelled musty. Anyways. It was a place to sleep

Staff tried to enter my room at 9am in the morning before I was dressed, after explicitly agreeing that check out would be at 11am the day before.

I asked the front desk person if the room was a non-smoking room and he said yes. I arrived past midnight and was already tired and needed a place so I stayed. Bedcover had multiple cigarette burn marks, carpet had stains, wall had damages, bathroom faucet knob was attached and bottom of bathtub was rusted out and towels were stained and ends falling apart. Entire suite stunk and pillow stunk like cigarette smoke.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms.

This was a economy priced room I found online when driving from Valemount to Edmonton . Nothing fancy ( was a kitchenette) and had everything in the room it said it would, not like the super 8 in Red Deer. Gentleman at front desk was courteous and helpful. Great customer service. When I come thru again . Plan to stay here👍

It was clean

Dont ever stay hear there is burns in the blankets and i booked for 2 people and got charged extra for having a guest wen there was only 2 people and they took my $300 dollar damage deposit because i had a hole in my pocket and lost the little key with no Keychain and they told me that they don't have a Spare key to that room, which is pretty poor management. If you ask me.
