Offered an early check in which was gratefully accepted, this came via a texting app. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean and comfy, each right across the road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend

Best location, just infront of the beach. Everything is walkable- to restaruants, kids activities and attractions. Staff is so friendly. Room is clean and quiet place,even our room is close to the pool area. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends.

It was nice having a hotel on the lake. It was easy to leave your room and walk down to the beach.

Staff was great but room needs a serious upgrade and deep clean! The floor was so dirty we had to wash our feet before getting into bed every night. Location was great but the lack of cleanliness really turned us off.

An older and dated property but well kept with exceptional staff!

The location was excellent but the motel was looking tired and in need of an up date. There was not enough cutlery and the chopping board was beyond disgusting. needed to be thrown out as dirt gets into surfaces and this was dirty. The staff were lovely and helpful in helping us at all times. Suggestions… there needs to be a guide on how to work tv particularly for people not familiar to Canadian system, eg us from NZ. Another suggestion would be, to have a bath mat where the shower is as it can get quite slippery for older people. Also a jug or a kettle would be great for making cup of tea
