It is surprisingly quiet, considering it locates half a block off Cambie and 12th. Restaurants, public transits, shops are all within 2 minutes of walk.

The Expedia listing says there is air conditioning. But there isn't any - there are two standing fans. It's a lovely penthouse suite just under the roof, but I really wouldn't like to be there in the summer. It will become an oven.

It was nice having parking close by. Staff was nice, and helped me find parking for after checkout.

We had a lovely time staying at Douglas Guest House. It was very sweet and quaint. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was very good. Great location, just a few blocks from the train station and lots of transit. It was very quiet even though it is close to main roads. We would definitely stay there again.

We caught the Sky Train from the airport and walked here. An easy stroll. Staff were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the setting gorgeous. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Parking was convenient and safe!

Parking was good off street. The actual room was not up to standards. Basement with no TV in bedroom. needs updates. I feel we were very overcharged for room. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely like a partial refund.
