No a/c , rooms very warm, no coffee cups for coffee in the lobby. Rooms could use paint scratched up. Fridge works but minimal .

The woman at the desk was informative, helpful, and very accommodating when we asked for a few changes. Really nice. The place is old, but very nicely kept and really neat to stay in.

There was no communication that breakfast was not being served. When I questioned why it was being called a B&B, if they weren't serving breakfast, she called me rude. Then she said breakfast wouldn't be served until it got busy in July.

No staff on site. Self check in with telephone call. Motel is for sale. Clean and tidy and outside immaculate. No tea making facilities. Very overpriced for what is offered.

The B&B is an old-style motor lodge. We stayed in the main building. The room was clean although small with old fashioned furnishings. The decor was eclectic. The B&B is on the main street in town and across from a convenient store. It is fine for a quick stay in Yarmouth.

It was disappointing that it being a "B&B", breakfast was not available until July because the owner had not purchased the food. There is a Breakfast Room. We stayed in Room 4 in the main house. No hair dryer in our room, and I forgot to ask because I came in after hours and the receptionist was not available. I made the best of it since it was warm enough that I was able to allow my hair to air dry. Be aware that the shower stall is very small and can be quite uncomfortable. The sink faucet knobs dispense the hot and cold water separately, not in a single stream to create warm water. The room was adequate for our short stay and was very clean. There was a ceiling fan and a box fan in the closet - no air conditioning. This motel is in a good location and it was easy to drive to stores and restaurants.

The room and bathroom were clean. The whole place was quiet and frankly a little eerie feeling as not many folks were staying there. There was no breakfast. A smiling face from the gal in the office who checked us in would have been welcome, but she did provide good restaurant suggestions. The property seems to be up for sale. I would probably not stay there again.

The photos do not match the property. The home in the photo is flanked by drive-in motel rooms on ether side, all them in disrepair with peeling paint. Same for the main building. There was no staff on the premises, just a note with a number to call. At that point we asked for a refund but were told no. Expedia provided no relief, so we paid a for night that we did not use. Stay away.

ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site.

It was just a quick overnight stopover for us, but we had nice dinners at local restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. I liked the location for what we needed. I recommend staying here.

1960's era hotel that could use an update. Price was a little higher than it should be but it was close to town and the ferry. Room was clean, shower was like a closet.
